1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lucy8 through any device — including via the website at lucy8.vu or through the official lucy8 mobile application — and by creating an account or placing any bet, you enter into a binding agreement with us and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the platform. Continued use of lucy8 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use lucy8, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The 21+ requirement is enforced through KYC identity verification. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Location: lucy8 is operated for players in the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. We do not make representations about legality in locations outside the Philippines.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from lucy8 or have an active exclusion period in place.
• Not acting on behalf of another: You must be registering for your own personal use only. Using an account on behalf of another person — or allowing another person to use your account — is not permitted.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active lucy8 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Keep your password private and not share it with any other person.
• Never share OTP codes — lucy8 staff will never ask you for your OTP.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

lucy8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login information.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

All deposits on lucy8 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We accept deposits via local payment channels including Philippine bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet), mobile banking applications, and Philippine e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or channels registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Accounts found to have accepted third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by channel and are displayed at the time of your transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your PHP wallet once the transfer is confirmed by the receiving channel.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PHP balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to Philippine bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by channel.
• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those conditions are satisfied.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests as part of our fraud prevention and security procedures.

lucy8 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by channel — full details are on the Withdrawal page.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on lucy8 — including slot games, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker — are governed by the specific rules of each game type. Game results in slots and other computer-generated games are determined by certified random number generators. Live casino outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission.
• Winnings and losses will be settled to your PHP wallet immediately after the relevant round or event concludes.
• Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a technical error affects a game round, all related bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain is strictly prohibited.

In sports betting, if an event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules for that market. Live in-play bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined — due to delay or error — will be voided.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, lucy8 may make promotional offers available to players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the general terms on this page apply.

As a general rule for any promotional offer on lucy8:

• Each eligible player may claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and carry activity or wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• lucy8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lucy8. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one account per person.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activities (money laundering).
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for personal gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other players in live casino chat.
• Attempting to use methods — including VPNs or proxy services — to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

lucy8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity is suspected.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

In the event of a closure due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In all other cases, a genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder through their verified withdrawal channel, subject to standard verification procedures.

10 Limitation of Liability

lucy8 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lucy8 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings caused by technical malfunctions or connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Loss or damages arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Errors in game information displayed due to data feed failures beyond our control (particularly in sports betting).
• Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters where limitation is not permitted under Philippine law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

11 Privacy and Data

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering with lucy8, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, security monitoring, and improving platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

lucy8 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via their registered email address or through a platform notification.

Your continued use of lucy8 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
